Q. Why doesn't the menu work?

Q. My Security Settings need to remain set on 'high'. How can I overcome the issue with the menu not working without having to lower my Security Settings?

Q. When I try to open some PDF documents, nothing happens and all I see is a blank screen?


A.
Problems have been experienced by some users when accessing PDF documents. This can be due to a number of reasons. Problems that are typically experienced include the browser window freezing, or the PDF file opening as a blank page. Click here for the solution.

Q. Why do I get one of the following error messages; "Page cannot be displayed", "Unable to establish a connection to the server", "Internal service error", "404 Error" on some pages?
