Plain English Guide to Understanding the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act
Master Builders is proud to announce the release of its latest publication to assist members in understanding their industrial relations rights and obligations arising from the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act.
The Guide explains in straight forward language, how to determine when industrial action is unlawful and what options employers have in responding to such action.
The Guide also explains the role of the Australian Building and Construction Commission as well as giving guidance on negotiating a National Code of Practice and Guidelines compliant agreement.
